My washer first started by making a loud noise when on the spin cycle. Now when on the spin cycle it does not spin up to speed. It moves very slow. If I turn by hand, it will start to get up to speed. When not spinning, the water does not drain. It has a slow leak at the bottom. Any ideas? Sounds like a it needs a Tub and seal kit.

Remove the front panel and check inside for a water marks. Lift up the washer from the front, remove the belt and check how freely the pump pulley is rotating in both directions. Check the belt. Post the results.

Opened the washer up. Water is coming in from the bottom the tub. The belt has a small amount of play. Trying to repair, how do you get the inner tub out? I pulled out the four screws and the tub will not pull up.

Hopefully this Service manual will help. Possible you'll need some special tools.
