I have a side by side Model # PSS26SGPA SS and it has stopped both cooling and freezing. Everything seems to be working as usual except the compressor. Could this be a function of the control board or does the compressor need to be replaced? Is there a way to view fault codes and if so how is this done

I would remove the motherboard cover, remove the motherboard and check for bad solder joints by the big power relay. If ok, probably a bad motherboard AP4436216
