My tenant is complaining that water from her freezer is leaking from her refrigerator. The tenant sent a photo of the area of the fridge and it looks like there is a part missing. I have attached the photo. Martha P at Appliance parts pros said she couldn't tell what part is missing, and told me to contact the repair department. Here's hoping you can help me!If you have questions please call 718-488-5519. Thank you, ToxieTBG 023 attached the following image(s):

It's hard to say if there is anything missing by this picture. Regarding the water dripping into the fresh food from the freezer, most likely the problem is a clogged and frozen drain in the freezer. Are you going to fix it yourself or you are going to hire somebody? This job is not too difficult. The question is how far are you from this property and do you need any instructions on this job?

Gene,
Thank you for responding. I live in New York City and the tenant lives in Massachusetts. However, I do have a super who takes care of the repairs in the building. So more than likely I will have him "fix" the problem.
Will you be e-mailing the instructions to me or will you call the super? The super's name is Rudy and his phone number is 413-841-5752.
Thank you, T. Givins

He has to remove the rear cover and the floor in the freezer. Using a hair dryer, defrost the ice inside. Locate the drain under the evaporator coil and defrost it too. Using a turkey buster poor a hot water into the drain. Pull the refrigerator out of the wall and make sure the other end of the drain hose is clean.
