GE Profile Harmony Washer that just stopped working and gave me this:
NOTICE! A problem has been detected with this unit.
It gave me no error message number or anything.
I've turned off and back on power, I unplugged it. Nothing!!
Help please :)

Run the Service Test mode as described in the attached file and post the results.

For a further assistance post the complete model number of the washer?

STEP 3 was the trick...pressing MY CYCLES and BACK simultaneously for 3 seconds. Apparently we have a Broken Clutch Coupling.

need help! have th same mmsg as gene, however the screen will not displayy anything else, get 2 beeps on all attenpts. when unit is first powered, numerus beeps sound.
