Probably 1/2 the time, the ice is kicked out of the tray before it completely freezes, you have ice cubes that are only a shell, and the water obviuosly spills out of them and into the well. My local appliance dealer told me it could have something to do with air in the water line, I did the on/off with the line but no difference. Any clue?:(

Low water pressure causes the hollow ice cubes. Check the screen filter in the water line where the water supply connects to the water inlet valve on the back of the fridge.
