When the machine spins there is no rinse water that comes out to rinse off the soap. It worked properly for the first year and it hasn't worked right since. Just wondering if the is a solution to my problem.

A couple of questions
1. You say it has not worked right after one year. Can you describe in some detail what the problems have been?
2. If you run the machine on cold water wash, does it fill with water for the wash cycle?
Let's see what this shows.

Rinse is almost always done with cold water. Sometimes the cold water will stop working because the water valve is bad the strainer is stopped up or low water pressure on the cold-water side. To check this, start the washer as normal and set the temperature selector to cold/cold. If the water doesn’t start running you know the problem is one of the things I mention above.
