Here is a brief run down of what I'm dealing with.
I set the oven to a desired temp.
The igniter glows but the flame bar fails to ignite.
I can lift the floor pan and firmly tap on the flame bar which causes it to ignite.
I stumbled upon this one day after I took the door off and removed the floor pan to inspect the igniter operation. It seemed to be working as it should but, while doing the inspection I somehow tapped on the flame bar and it immediately lighted.
Also. When the flame bar lights after a good tap, it will sometimes only be a small flame until I tap it again which causes it to light up fully.
I have a multi-tester.

Measure the current drawn by the igniter while it is "on". If the igniter is flat and the reading is 3.2 amps or less then the igniter is bad and has to be replaced.

There is a chance for the gas safety valve to be bad too especially if the current drawn by the igniter is correct.

The model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost it.
