This unit still will not work after replacing the defrost heaters, thermostat and defrost timer, could it be the defrost drain, where is it located and how do I clean it?

The defrost drain doesn't cause a cooling problem it just causes water to freeze in the bottom of the freezer and run out onto the floor.
Since you replaced all your defrost parts, was icing of the evaporator your problem?

The bottom two coils were encased in ice. We replaced the defrost heater/thermostat and the defrost timer, but it still doesn't work. The compressor and both fans are working but it will not cool.

A partial pattern of frost like you describe is a classic sign of being low on freon.
Does you system go into defrost mode when you turn the timer till it clicks, compressor stops and fans stop.

I had a repairman out here, he did not find the burned defrost heater at all. He did tell me it had 30 pounds of freon which I am told is ridiculous and he told me the compressor is out on it even though it runs, goes on and off and both fans run, I will have to recheck the defrost timer, even though it is brand new I guess it could be bad. My husband and I are both disabled and we simply do not have the money to replace the refrigerator, that is why we so desperately need to fix this one.
