Can you tell if the reason it is not spinning is because the motor is not running, or because the motor is running but the machine simply will not spin? 2. Does water drain from the machine properly and at the right time? 3. How light a load, if any will it spin? Also, take a look at some of the postings that talk about the clutch in a whirlpool/kenmore direct drive machine and see if this could be your problem? Let's see what you come up with and we will go from there.
