So I dropped something heavy onto the stove and broke the glass that covers the control touchpad. The control panel is glued directly to the back of the glass. Is there any way to separate the electronic control panel from the broken glass and replace just the glass? Is it "special" glass? It looks like I'll have to replace the entire assembly, but hoping not to.

Thanks

I do not think this is repairable.

Sounds like it is a touch control type panel and they are very sensitive.
The breaking of the glass probably screwed the rear panel.

Perhaps repost with a model number and who knows someone who has tried it may get back to you.
