Control worked fine initially and opened the damper door, came back later to a warm refrigerator and damper door closed. Checked everything, I guess just a bad control. Hope someone has seen this before! Thanks in advance.

The damper door opens all the way, then closes all the way, never half way, a simple switch on the damper controls this. I found I didn't prevent air from blowing directly on the thermister due to improper assembly! This is real easy to do.
