My Jenn-Air model number JCD2389DES and serial number 11917364yq has a problem with the Water & Ice Dispenser, it won't work. Nothing, not even the light will work. The refrigerator makes plenty of ice, that is not the issue. The appliance will not dispense ice or water and not even the light will work. I pulled off the face-plate to get to the computer chips that appear to control the operation of the dispenser. The smaller one, in the front, seemed ok when tested, but the larger one, in the back, seemed to have a dead spot, but I can't be sure since I am not very familiar with these types of boards. Could either one of these boards be the problem or is it generally something else? If it generally is one of the boards which one usually gives trouble? Thank you very much for your help.
