We have a GE fridge with freezer on the bottom...we have defrosted our freezer three times. We have a huge collection of ice that forms, the water seems to be coming from a little hole in the top back of the freezer (the piece is a triangle shaped at the top of the freezer), our vegetables and fruit freeze in the crisper and ice collects in the freezer. We have disconnected the ice maker, still doesn't make a difference. HELP

I'm afraid I did not get clear what hole are you talking about. Can you post a pictures? Also the model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

Hope this picture helps...the hole is at the bottom of the triangle thing. Sorry the model number is TCX18.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for GE TCX18PACCRBB | AppliancePartsPros.com. This is a closest model number I found.
