I have a model RF18HFENBSR it's a new install and it makes ice fine, dumps with the test button but the arm is in the up position and doesn't dump on its own. I can't get the arm to come down. I didn't do the install, so I don't know if something wasn't removed to let the arm drop or not.Any thoughts on this?
