I was in the middle of cooking dinner when my 3 year old stainless steel Frigidaire electric cook ceramic top oven decided to quit on me. The broil, bake, and top elements are not working. The clock is off but displays 12:00 when turning the heating element dial on (also emits a game show buzz when turning on dial). There have been no error codes displayed. I spoke with a appliance tech on phone and he said it was definetely not the EOC board but that it was electrical problem as there is a phase open as it is getting 120 volts to the display. I tested and there is 240 volts going into the appliance at the power strip on the back off the machine. Is there a fuse or thermal relay switch off some kind that would be the problem. Thanks for your input

OK I had solved my problem and I am a little embarrassed :o to post the solution. The breaker likely lost power without being tripped. I had my kitchen gutted recently and all new wiring but the range circuit is the original 40 amp and I did not realize that today's ovens need 50 amp. Running broiler and three top element at same time exceeded the 40 amp for the first time. I read the owner's manual and you need to reset the timer again for the oven to function again. The solution is so easy sometimes people do not see outside the box
