I would like to replace the two handles to the modle 1069555920. My problem: can not reach the screws? My frig is in good condition. What should it cost to have an expert repair both handles? If too much, then I will forget it. Also, the Ice Chute (#2156146) freezes. I pour hot water down it but it freezes soon after like an iceberg.

I don't know the cost but you may be able to reach the screws. This diagram shows and end cap which comes off with the screw behind it. http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/10037273-00006.png

The ice chute may be icing up because of an air leak. Make sure the door flap closes tight. If it doesn't it could be the solenoid or hinge to the flap.
