Kitchen Aid dish washer leaks from door bottom when washing

Our dishwasher floods the floor when the wash or rinse cycle begins. Water come out the bottom insde of door between door and tub. Door seal is fine. Replaced 2 seals in wash arm and retainer screw. All plastic parts. Wash arm is fine. Ordered the pump cover, the part the wash arm sits on. The wash arm seems to wobble and is not too tight vertically. What else is there to replace? Would try a new wash arm at last resort since this is a pricey part. With wash arm removed, it runs with no leaks and the upper wash arm is working okay. I used a magnifying glass to unspect wash arm. It is not bent or warped and has stainless tube jets

Thanks for your reply. This was checked and the parts were aligned properly. We tried running it without the lower wash arm installed. No leak! The upper wash arm was moving and seems to work. I have the pump cover coming to try that. It would seem that the upper wash arm would be too high up to cause the water to flow out the bottom of the door between the tub. There is anothe split seal in the upper spray arm in the diagram you referred me to.
Sorry about the duplicate thread, made a typo, tried to correct it and it posted or disappeared from form. Not to familiar with this repair form setup but getting to follow it now. The problem with this seems to be caused by wear and tear from use almost everyday. We sure miss it. Thanks again for your concern, Roger

Hi I know this is an old thread, and I am hoping you (OP) are still subscribed. Our dishwasher is doing exactly the same, and things look pretty much like what you described. I wonder if you found a solution for your dishwasher and could let me know what it was.
I already cleaned the tub where the gasket seats and gasket from grease residues that might been breaking the seal. Also long time ago I noticed there would be leaking when the upper arm pipe wouldn't align to the water inlet in the back. Now every time I make sure this is OK. But there still a big gauge of water every time the washing or rinsing cycle starts. So I assume it is related to the lower arm aiming the water in the wrong direction or so it is hitting the wrong spot. The water fills the tub and as soon as the motor starts turning there is quite a bit of water leaking for a second or two, then the cycle goes fine with not leaking but just the drops left behind from before. Then next active cycle you can hear the water filling the tub again, and as soon the motor start spinning another water gauge comes out, again a couple seconds. and it repeats with every "active motor" cycle.
If you (the original poster) or some one else could give me some clarity on this I would appreciate it a lot. I will keep reading around and playing a little bit more with the machine, if cant find any answers, then I will call a technician... maybe buy a new one, I do love this unit though and still doing the dish washing beautifully.
Thanks for reading.

Make sure the pump / motor screws are tight all the way around. Mine used a T15 driver, These are stainless steel screws that hold top of pump to body of the pump ( about 12" dia. ). Some may just slightly loose, others several turns. I no longer have dishwasher since it ruined my wood oak floor but did get it fixed. You can call me if you want at 320-679-1436. I'm not a repairman for appliances. Hope this works for you.
