I bought this dishwasher about 8 years ago and approximately 6 years ago I stopped using it and it has been stored since we moved. One of the main reasons I purchased it at the time was that the salesperson told me it could be used as either a portable dishwasher or I could buy an adapter kit (?) and use it as a built in.
My other dishwasher finally bit the dust and I pulled this out of storage. I found an online user's manual but it contained no technical instructions about how it can be converted to be used as a built in. I assume that the wooden top and bottom casters would need to be taken off prior to any installation attempt.
Any help would be appreciated!

Here is the kit. Part number: AP4334004
Click on the picture for more views ao what is included. I could not find an install sheet for the above kit but see the attachment for another convert kit instruction sheet that will at least give you some info on what is involved. I would run the unit at lest once to make sure it still works before converting it. Before running add a couple quarts of hot water to the unit. Dishwashers do not like to sit unused as seals etc dry out. I would let is sit a couple hours before giving it a try. |
