My built in microwave/oven has started making a loud buzzing sound and has stopped heating. I understand it could be the power diode, the magnetron, or the voltage capacitor. Is there a way to take the parts out and test them before ordering all three?

I think I'm having the same thing happen. The light comes on and flickers, the oven doesn't sound like it is getting full power, and a loud buzzing noise is heard. No heat comes out of the oven. Does anyone have an answer?
