My freezer is making a loud buzzing noise when I plug it in. I moved about two year ago and have not used it since the move. I believe the noise is coming from the compressor. Is it the relay, overload or the compressor?
Can I change the relay or overload with basic tools? Thank you, Brad

Most probably the compressor drawing high current and shutting down on it's overload, just check.
