First question, should the condensor be hot to the touch? Also, should the fan be blowing directly on the condensor or away from it.

The freezer works fine then stops working (Not the timer). I called a technician but before he came, I was playing around with the plug that plugs into the condensor and it started working. I also vaccumed the coils (Pretty dusty). The freezer made ice and everything so I called and cancelled. The motor, however, is very hot and I am wondering if it will overheat and shut down or if its supposed to be hot. Also, can the refrig not be working if the freezer works?

The fan should be pulling the air across the coils. The condenser should definitely be at least warm and the more heat it's removing from the freezer the warmer it will be.

The fridge can be too warm while the freezer seems to be ok if the evaporator coils in the freezer are iced up stopping the air flow to the fridge or if the damper is not opening allowing the cold air to be blown into the fridge by the evaporator fan.
