Hi all the experts out there,

I've been troubleshooting my fridge but run out of ideas, please help. It stopped dispensing ice and made no "hum" when pressed on release. Everything else works fine (light, water, ice making, lock/unlock, etc).

I've been following the Service Manual and here is what I've tested and results:
1. Tested connections at motor and found AC only (pin 3 and 5), no DC at all (pin 1, 2 and pin 6, 7)
2. Switch pack continuity tests all passed
3. Tested Locked/Unlocked switch (step 2 on sec 5-14 user manual) gave a reading of 24V (NOT 115 VAC) when locked and zero when unlocked
4. Tested for DC voltage (step 3 on sec 5-15), found NO DC voltage at all
5. Tested the "black switch" where the release comes to contact, continuity was good

Any other ideas out there? Thank you in advance.
