washer will spin, but cloths are still wet. can you please help me. thank you:)

If it fails to spin up to speed, you have a slipping clutch. To repair, go to my sticky above, repairing direct drive washer brake shoes.

Also check for kink in drain hose or other obstruction in drain before spending big money. Had same problem, noticed washer had been moved for cleaning and left hose in bind.
