One day, I came home and found a strong typical "electrical burn" odor after a helper used the oven.
The control unit is not working except the clock, but it is impossible to reset the time.
The 4 cooking units of the stove top work as usual. The warming zone activated by the control unit does not work.
I replaced the control unit to no avail. I also replaced the oven self cleaning locking unit and that did not help either.

I am running out of ideas. Is there a "hidden" fuse? Any other possibility?
I would appreciate any help.

Hello Levendel. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the membrane is bad and will need to be replaced. Check and make sure the ribbon cable is clean and dry and is seated good in the control board. If so, and the functions do not select, you will need to replace the membrane. Hope this helps.
