our admiral side by side model asd2123dr refrigerator just stop working. freezer just thawed everything out & refrigerator side is not cooling things either. we can hear the fan blowing but now it's blowing warmer air and so is the refrigerator side. what can we do?

Check to see if the condenser fan at the back underneath the fridge is running.
Is the compressor motor near that fan running.
Are the coils warm ,cold or hot.
