I have a Whirlpool Imperial series gas dryer that wont heat up. I would like to try fixing it myself. But I don't have a manual for it anymore and not really sure where I should start my trouble shooting process at. My guess would be the gas burner or thermostat is bad but would like to know how to test it first. This has been a very good dryer for us up till this point. Anyone think they can point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
