While in the middle of cycle I opened the cover. When I closed the cover it said a problem was detected with this unit... I tried to unplug for a few minutes.Would'nt reset itself...Any suggestions???:confused:

Hi Gene, I was referring to the lid of the wahser...I opened it mid-cycle and closed it, then got the message on the display, saying there was a problem with the machine, and was never able to use it again

Run the Service mode according to the attached instructions and post the results.
