Hello there... I need some help or my wife will have my hide!
This is about 2-3 yr old refrigerator; It has had no problems until now. The bottom freezer is getting very cold down to -10F, the top however has trouble getting to 43F. The fan in the freezer is spinning and it does not seem to be frozen. I have tried to get to the fan in the bottom freezer to open it up further, but to remove the back panel I would have to remove the freezer door, so I gave up. The refrigerator is pretty inexpressible from the back, it is counter sunken, and it is a REAL pain to take out and put back in.
I'm in Connecticut, and have had no power 5 days, so the refrigerator has completely defrosted. I never saw any water below it! Now the refrigerator has been on for about 3.5 hrs and is 4F in the freezer and only 50F in the top. I have tried to use the 'Turbo' button with what seem little results. In the top of compartment of the refrigerator I can feel cold air coming out, but I guess it is not cold enough....
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Look in your owners manual, it will have a procedure to remove the door, usually there are screws to remove, or a white plastic tab to push in to get the door off, then check your fan and look for a air return blockage.
