Does your model number begin 110. and not 101 as you have posted?

If so, then this is a typical Kenmore (Whirlpool) top load washer. You should be able to access the back panel by following directions for removing the cabinet, which can be located by searching this forum. There are also videos and nice pictures of how to do this posted on the web if you search.

Basically you will snap off the plastic end caps being careful not to break them and remove the two screws now exposed at the bottom of the control console.

The control console will then comes loose from the cabinet, and will flip up on plastic hinges. Do not remove the control console, let it remain in the flipped up position.

You then disconnect the plastic coupling for the lid switch, and using a screw driver pop the two brass looking clips out of their socket on the top of the cabinet.

At this point pull the cabinet up and the cabinet will tilt towards you and come off. This should expose the rear which you do not have to take off. You should now be able to get to your parts.

A good idea is to look at the diagram of the machine on this site in the parts section.

Note: If you are doing this for the first time getting the cabinet back on will take patience. Note how it sits before you take it off and when you go to put it back, make sure you push the lower lip of the cabinet so it is below the front horizontal part of the cabinet base. You need to hold the cabinet at about a 45 degree angle to do this. Then let it drop onto the washer base, and reassemble. This may take many times if you have not done this before, but eventually it will go back in. Snap in the clips, reattach the lid switch, drop down the console, screw it in, replace the end clips and you are done.
