The fresh food temperature is dependent on the freezer temperature. Check that the fresh food control (Item 11 in Section 10) actually opens/closes the damper (Item 15 in Section 2) If it is the items in the bottom of the fresh food side that are freezing check that the lower vent between the freezer and fresh food sides is clear on both sides. Note: I am not 100% sure that this unit has this. The vent is required for proper air circulation, if it is blocked cold air will collect in the bottom of the fresh food section.
