I have a Maytag dishwasher Model number MDB9750AWW (5 years old) that doesn't spray water. The dishwasher fills with water, heats properly, and drains properly. There are no obstructions (silverware, plastic tupperware tops, etc.) that would cause any problems. What parts typically go bad that would cause this type of problem?

Here is a tech sheet anfd a service manual.

I assume that the wash motor does not run at all and does not make any noise.
Run the manual tests in the tech sheet.
If motor will not run at all check it for continuity with a meter.
