Everything works but their is no heat it just tumbles the clothes. Got the dryer second hand but has worked for over a month then just stopped.

First flip your breaker off/on slowly a couple times.
Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the beaker and you need the full 240 volts for the heater.
Better yet measure it at the plug with a meter .

Next would be the heater itself or the thermal fuse Item 15 in Section 4.
Heater should read about 10 ohms and the thermal fuse should be 0 ohms.
