I had a dishwasher installed about a year in a half ago and it has never really worked correctly. It does not go through the entire wash cycle. It does not drain and it does not dry. Every once in a while it will complete a cycle but that is really every once in a while. I have read everything there is about what could be wrong and I have checked everything. The water temp is fine there is nothing clogged in the drain. I need help!

A Model Number may help others help you! It does not go through the entire wash cycle. Need more detailed info. Does it hang up at the same point in the cycle every time, etc?
It does not drain and it does not dry. Every once in a while it will complete a cycle but that is really every once in a while. I assume it drains and dries correctly when it does complete a cycle. This tells you that the heater and the pump are OK. I have read everything there is about what could be wrong and I have checked everything. Did you remove the door's inner panel and check the connectors and wires. Also where the wires run from the door to under the unit. Your problem does sound like a bad connection. It may be a poor solder joint on the control board. |
