I read that it may be because the ignitors are not drawing enough amps and opening the gas valve.Both the bake and broiler ignitors glow red, but neither light the burner. The broiler is inside the oven,not in a bottom drawer. How can I test the ignitors. I have a probe type multi meter.

If the proper voltage is there, you have a bad safety valve. If the voltage is low, you will need to replace the igniter. Hope this helps.
