Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		Take off the front cover by inserting a screw driver carefully in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release clips that hold the front on. You can now inspect the support rods and straps that hold the tub, and that is likely where your problem lies.
