put over on self clean and at the end of the cycle a f1 came up?

My info on this says, Replace TOUCH PAD OR CONTROL BOARD, I would unplug the range, leave it for1/2 hr, plug it back in and try to reset The clock. If this dosen't work, start pricing some parts!!!:(
