Recently moved into a house with the raised vent rv36b from dacor...

Unit will not raise. lower, keypad does not light up, etc... replaced the control board with the newest version they put out and still does not work. I have a replacement keypad, but need to know how to take the old one out. How do you remove the cap on the vent??

Thanks,
Scott

Dacor raise vent - I have isolated my problem as the upper control board. I have the parts. question: how do you remove the old board unit which has the wires going down the vent side?
