Compressor will start when it feels like it. Works fine when it runs but if you set it to a temp. where it will cycle, it may not restart. I thought maybe t.o protector but I don't know if it is replacable. I changed the power board but it didn't help... Any ideas??? It's a Hampton Bay 18000btu

Solved problem... Bad start capacator....I didn't think they worked intermitently but this one did....
