The ice maker works fine , but the dispenser door flap does not close ,so the moisture from the outside causes the dispenser to freeze and clogs the passage of ice to the outside. What would I need to purchase for this to work properly? I also would like to know how to remove the trim recell panel.

Gently pry the cover off a little at a time going round and round. There may be tabs at the bottom to start at. Check to see if the door is moving smoothly on the pins. There is a solenoid which opens and closes the door. Part 36 on the diagram of your freezer door. Replacement parts for GE HSS25IFMDWW | AppliancePartsPros.com
