[/URL]Click below to see photos: [URL]http://tinyurl.com/c5r9pxThe door to the soap dispenser in my Kenmore Ultra Wash will not close at all. The spring seems to work just fine as it keeps the lid flipped all the way back. The latching mechanism, the little clasp that grabs the detergent door's edge, moves backwards and forwards with the turning of the cycle knob but it does not actually grab onto nor clasp over the detergent door's edge. For the life of me, I can not see how this clasp would ever catch and hold the door closed. As it stands now, we just dump detergent into the bottom of the dish washer but the dishes are not getting clean. The link to the photos above show the door/latch. Did something break off?
