Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL EED4300TQ0 | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a wiring diagram
https://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208576793.pdf

A possibility would be the start switch. Check it with a meter.

Wiring diagram shows a fuse in the motor circuit but I cannot find it in the parts breakdown. It is usually attached to the blower and is often white.
Note the unit also has a thermal fuse in the heater circuit but this is attached at the heater.

If it is there check it with a meter.
If it is blown be sure to clean and check your vent system and the blower. These are common causes for blowing the fuse.

If you do not have a meter.
Unplug the unit.
Short the two wires together.
Tape them up so they cannot short to the frame.
Plug it in and give it a try.
If it runs get a replacement fuse ASAP as this is a major safety device.
Prevents dryer and vent fires.
