Freezer quit cooling and we replaced the main board. Worked great for a couple of weeks but now the fridge and freezer are not cooling. Is the board defective or is something else going on?

The board is one of three parts that affects the defrost system which is your likely problem.

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air.
