Our serviceman said he could not find replacement parts which bummed us out. It was such an expensive dryer!! The terrific news is that he found a company that makes both the coil and loop elements to replace the broken parts and our dryer works like new again! I think it even dries our clothes better than before. Here is the name of the company - J.E.S. Enterprises, Inc. toac@sbcglobal.net - 805-643-3532. You send in the old parts and they return them all refurbished. I'm buying a second set for the future just in case they stop making them. Hope this helps.
