Hi,

We had the same problem with our Maytag Neptune Dryer. Our serviceman said he could not find replacement parts which bummed us out. It was such an expensive dryer!! The terrific news is that he found a company that makes both the coil and loop elements to replace the broken parts and our dryer works like new again! I think it even dries our clothes better than before. Here is the name of the company - J.E.S. Enterprises, Inc. toac@sbcglobal.net - 805-643-3532. You send in the old parts and they return them all refurbished. I'm buying a second set for the future just in case they stop making them. Hope this helps.
