i am having problems with the keypad. I get the error code E1 F2 and see that this is a keypad not attached error. I opened the unit and found that the ribbon is attached though. when i press any of the buttons, nothing happens, not even a beep. Next, after reading a thread, i checked the transformer and noticed that i have continuity between the blue leads but the between the two red leads i have an open circuit. i checked the voltage on the red leads at the transformer and have 124vac at that point and have about 4.6 vac where these two wires feed into the control board. Prior to this I had a problem where the unit would beep randomly and the screen would go blank but when you pressed any button, you would get a beep sound. Now, after about 10 minutes of the E1 F2 error, the control panel shuts off after about 4-5 beeps. Do i need a new transformer, control circuit board or touch panel?
