I Have A Kitchenaid Model Ksrl25FRbl04 Refrigerator That Will Not Hold Temp. The Fridge Is Running Around 55 And The Freezer Around 40. Also The Water Dispenser Is Not Working. Is This A Control Board Problem And How Can I Test It. I Hav Emptied And Unpluged It To See If It Could Be Reset But No Luck.

See if the fan next to the compressor is running. Is the fan in the freezer running. Remove the back cover in the freezer to inspect the coils for icing which will block the circulation of cold air. Does the compressor ever cut off?

Post your model number. The coils which may be iced up are in the freezer behind the back wall which you can remove.
