The E10 error indicates a long fill error meaning the machine thinks it took to long to fill with water. I wrote about this error on my post Frigidaire Washer Long Fill and E10 Error which briefly describes what I found as the problem. The first things I would check are that the drain tube is now stuck to far into the stand pipe and possible causing as siphoning problem, and that the screens on the water valve inlet are cleaned and not slowing the water flow.
