The Drain Hose was installed without the recommended rise, possibly the reason for the excess water left in the bottom of the Dishwasher after each cycle. While attempting to replace the Drain Hose, the nipple for attaching the hose broke off the Plastic Case.
Can you confirm this part, AP2039866 "Body Valve and Check Assembly" is what I need to replace.
The four screws are removed from the case, but its locked in solid. I removed the Filter Frame for more access, but am still unsure how to remove the broken part without more damage. Due to accumulated White (hard water) build-up, everthing is obscured. Are any diagrams or disassembly suggestions available?

Gary,

You also have to unscrew and remove the " piston nut assembly" from inside the tub (you should also replace that component as well).

Good Luck,
