Does the starter relay plug into the starting device kit that is found on appliance parts pro.

I know the starting device is bad and i believe they part that plugs into it is also bad. However, the picture of the starter relay does not look like the one that is currently plugged into the starter device on my frig.

IS THIS THE PART THAT IS PLUGGED INTO IT, IF NOT WHAT IS IT?

The start device kit contains a separate relay and overload, while the start device that is currently on your compressor is probably one unit. The parts will plug directly onto the compressor and then the wires will connect to those components. If using the kit, you most likely need to cut the end connector off and use a couple 1/4" terminal connectors on the ends of the wires to complete the repair.
