I had the cam riser replaced by a tech. The door now swings open very easily, but does not stop. I recall - I think - that the door would open about 90 degrees. It now feels like the door is going to break off. Was the cam put in wrong? Is there a stop that is broken? Thanks for your help

There is a door stop at the hinge. Part 12 on this diagram of your fresh food door. Replacement parts for GE TFX27PRXAWW | AppliancePartsPros.com
It could have been reinstalled backwards or left off. There is one on each door. I had to swap mine to make it stop correctly as one is for the right side and the other for the left.

How do you remove the screw for the door stop. What head is on the screw? it looks like an allen but different???
