My dryer dries to slow. I needs about 3 to 4 cycles for it to dry. I went to an appliance parts store and they told it was the coil gas valve. I replaced them, but it does the same thing. The flame turns on for about 10 sec. and then it turns off. It turns back on within a minute, and it keeps doing the same thing till it finishes. What else can it be?

Dear Javier,

In most cases when you initually turn the dryer on and the flame only stays on for less than 30 seconds has to do with the coils.

There are other things it may be

Click here for someone with a similar problem

Everything else is generally the same exept you have a flame sensor, igniter and coils while they have an element.

Thanks, Adam.

I already changed the coils and it still does the same thing. I'am wondering if its the heat sensor?
